- JUMBO SIZE. Among the largest crab legs available, each 10-pound order contains 9 to 12 legs (including claws and knuckles). A single leg yields 40-50% of its total weight in meat — it means a 1-pound leg will yield as much as a 1/2 pound of delicious meat. Plan for 1.5–2 pounds of crab legs/person for an entrée and 1 pound alongside other dishes.
- SIMPLE, ELEGANT MEAL. Fully cooked and ready to eat. Simply thaw overnight in the refrigerator or run cold water over the legs for a quick thaw. (PRO TIP: Remove the packaging and place crab in a container to catch the protective saltwater glaze as it melts. And if you’re sensitive to salt, run cold water over the legs before eating or heating.) Enjoy cold or warm. To heat, we recommend steaming to retain moisture. Serve with melted butter, lemon wedges, or your favorite dipping sauce.
